Terms and refunds
Short version: the quiz and palettes are free, the report is $7.99 once, and you can have your money back within 14 days for any reason.
The free site
The quiz, the results, the palettes, the printables and the wallpapers are free for personal use. The quiz gives a suggestion based on your answers; it is not a professional color analysis and makes no promise about how any color will look on you.
The Personal Palette Report
The report costs $7.99 (Stripe may show it in your local currency). It is a one-time purchase with no subscription. After payment the PDF, wallet card and wallpapers are built in your browser, and the link in your Stripe receipt lets you download them again at any time.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of purchase, through the link in your receipt or by email to hello@palettequiz.com, and we refund the full amount to your card. You don't have to give a reason. Refunds usually reach your card in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
